As my client, you will enter therapy with a strong desire to make changes in your life. We will work collaboratively, teaming up to face whatever challenge or issues you are struggling with – be it depression, anxiety, grief or relationship burn-out. As a fundamental principle of my practice, I believe that hope, awareness and action are key ingredients leading to change.
When you have hope, you can see that your life can be different and that you can overcome any number of obstacles and challenges. Hope is the doorway to change.
Awareness brings you the information you need to initiate change. If you have no awareness of your condition, how can you change it? A doorway to expanded awareness is often through meditative/mindfulness practices.
Hope and awareness create the foundation for taking action – for moving toward change. Action transforms hope and awareness into change.
Are you ready to take a different road, rather than repeating yourself on a well-trodden, unfulfilling path?
Do you want to find and harness your own strengths and creativity to move through struggle toward change?
Do you welcome working as a team in this move toward change?
Then let us begin our collaboration.
